About the company Saint-Gobain Sekurit is a global leader in automotive glass production with over 90 years of experience in the automotive industry. In the factory in Eslöv, glass windows are manufactured for world-leading car brands such as Volvo, Volkswagen, Ford, Skoda, and Jaguar. We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a machine operator in a dynamic production environment.

About the role In this role, you will work with production and everything it entails. Your main responsibilities include:

• Control and monitoring of production machines.
• Quality controls and documentation.
• Work with 5S and continuous improvements in the production flow.

Working hours & employment

• Scope: Full-time, initial fixed-term employment for 6 months.
• Working hours: 2- or 3-shift (flexibility required).
• Start: Immediately, considering any notice period.

Shift schedule:

• Morning: Monday-Friday, 06:30-14:30.
• Afternoon: Monday-Thursday, 14:30-22:30, Friday 14:30-21:00.
• Night: Sunday-Thursday, 22:30-06:30.

Qualifications & requirements To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

• Experience in production, industry, or workshop work.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Driving license B and access to a car.
• Forklift license B1 and experience (meritorious)

We are looking for someone who is:

• Structured, responsible, and meticulous.
• Technically inclined and solution-oriented.
• An experienced machine operator or has a background in automotive mechanics or industrial work.
• A team player who enjoys working both independently and in a team.
